Our Short & Simple Return Policy for online purchases:
Of course we'd prefer you to purchase your bike locally here at our shop in gorgeous La Jolla! But we know that sometimes this isn't possible. If that's the case we would be honored to be your online ebike retailer and we take great pride in offering the best service you can get with an online purchase.
How is your bike shipped: Your bike will be shipped generally via UPS and will come 90% assembled. For this reason we offer a $50 credit for allowing us to ship your bike to your local bike shop, so they can provide you with proper assembly of your bike. The electronics on your bike will be completely set up and generally only the front wheel, handlebars, pedals will need to be installed. Your local mechanic will also want to checking the brakes and that drivetrain is shifting correctly. Once you provide us with a receipt from your bike shop, then will automatically issue a $50 refund and your warranty will now be in effect.
Upon receiving your bike: It is important that when you receive your bike you inspect the box and bike quickly before accepting it from UPS. If you notice obvious damage, please deny the shipment and fill out the required forms with the shipping provider. Please notify us if this is the case and once we receive and inspect the damaged bike, we will issue a replacement if available or a full refund if this product is no longer available.
Returned merchandise: Must be in the original packaging with all components and manuals included. Product that is returned incomplete or damaged, if accepted will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes the customer's return. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item, less a 20% restocking fee.
